Took my money and only sent me one earring. Tried to get ahold of them 4 times and radio freaking silence. Had to report them through my Shop app so that they may actually acknowledge my existence but highly doubt it at this point. Horrible customer service, horrible experience. My mother in law is still out of a mothers day gift and I'm just a broke college kid who found these guys on the student beans app. I can't afford to get her a new gift, don't trust the company enough to send it back, either. How can I talk to someone about refunding my order when I can't even get ahold of anyone to begin with? Seriously bad business practices. I get that stuff happens and that's why I gave it the benefit of the doubt and waiting to see if they would contact me but they never ever did. So much for returning at 14 days. And why would I anyway? So they can keep my money and now I have nothing? I sent emails with pictures of what was sent to me, a physical paper receipt with the earring that clearly stated that they thought I had only bought one, yet my order on the website clearly states I paid more than what a single earring even costs. Not to mention my Shop Pay app confirming it and my card statement as well. At this point it's just bad business. There is no way two entire weeks go by and I can't get help on the phone OR an answer to three emails. Don't trust this company. They literally stiffed me. I don't even freaking wear jewerly what the hell am I gonna do with one earring. Ruined mothers day. Genuinely. Just ruined. I probably have a better shot at getting this companies attention by posting this review than I did contacting customer service. Ridiculous.
